1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our Site and make a purchase, you must:

2. Orders and Payment
· Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability or pricing errors).
· Pricing and Payment: All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates (AED) and include any applicable taxes. You agree to pay the total amount indicated at checkout.
3. Shipping and Delivery
· We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates.
· Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Returns and Refunds
· You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
· To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
· Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
· Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., certain personal care products). Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
5. Intellectual Property
· All content on this Site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Zavrik and is protected by United Arab Emirates intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by United Arab Emirates law, Zavrik shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
· These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
· Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, United Arab Emirates.

· We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
