 1.⁠ ⁠14‑Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
In line with major brands like Nike UAE and Amazon UAE.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

· Unworn, unwashed, and unused (except for trying on)
· With all original tags and packaging
· Accompanied by a valid order number or receipt

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

· Personal care products (e.g. earrings, skincare items, face masks)
· Custom‑made or personalized products
· Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

 1.⁠ ⁠Initiate – Log into your Zavrik account, go to Order History, and select the item(s) you wish to return.
 2.⁠ ⁠Ship – Within United Arab Emirates, you will receive a pre‑paid return label. Just print it, attach it, and drop off the package.
 3.⁠ ⁠Refund – Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 5‑7 business days), we will process your refund.

 5.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping Costs

· Free returns for all eligible items shipped within United Arab Emirates – we provide a pre‑paid label at no cost to you.
· For returns from outside Saudi Arabia (if we offer international shipping in the future), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 6.⁠ ⁠Refund Options & Timing

We offer three refund methods:

· Full refund to original payment method – Processed within 5‑10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
· Store credit – Issued immediately, valid for 12 months.
· Refund via bank transfer / digital wallet – For COD orders, we can refund directly to your United Arab Emirates bank account or preferred wallet.

Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, we sincerely apologise.

· Photos or a short video showing the issue

We will send a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund – including any shipping fees you paid.

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order separately. Once your return is accepted, we will refund the original item.
